PROCEDURE

PROCESS
1.Selection of Maid Biodatas
2.Maid Interview Session
3.Submission of employer’s documents to agency
4.Maid to report and do medical check-up
5.Agency to apply pre-approval from Jabatan Tenaga Pekerja (2-3 weeks working days)
6.Employer to sign:-
  • 6.1 Immigration Malaysia Application Forms
    • 6.1.1 Employer and Immigration Malaysia
  • 6.2 DMW Contract forms
    • 6.2.1 Employer and Philippines Embassy
  • 6.3 Standard Agency Agreement
    • 6.3.1 Employer and Maid Simple Agency
7.Submission of application to Immigration Malaysia for LHDN Stamping
8.Submission of application to Immigration Malaysia for maid’s calling visas
9.Verification of DMW contract by POLO (Philippines Embassy)
10.OWWA (Language and cultural orientation)
11.Application for Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC)
12.Maid to arrive in Malaysia
FINISHED CONTRACT OR TERMINATED CONTRACT
1.Air ticket to be purchased by Employer or maid
2.Provide air ticket itinerary to Maid Simple Agency
3.Maid Simple Agency to apply Check Out Memo (COM)
4.Maid to do SENA (usually 2-3 days before departure)
5.Employer to have options:-
  • 5.1 Leave maid at agency house until departure
    • 5.1.1This will incur a fee / day for food & lodging
  • 5.2 Employer may pick maid back home and send maid to agency house on the day of departure
  • 5.3 Employer may pick maid back home and arrange own transport for maid departure
    *with this option: Employer pays no fee but if maid choose not to board the plane on her designated departure date, please report to Maid Simple Agency asap for further instructions
6.Send in salary summary to Maid Simple Agency. Last salary payment to be paid until departure date
7.On the day of SENA, maid should have received any salary payments or deductions from employer
8.Maid to prepare flight to Philippines
Terms and Conditions
  • Air ticket must be direct flight with minimum of 20kgs luggage bag
  • Air ticket has to be at least 2 weeks from departure date. This is so to give Agency to prepare appointment for SENA & approval of COM
