Immigration indicated reason for employing Filipino maid
- Children (< 15 years) or Children with disability (OKU)
- Elderly (>60 years) - Medical letter required
- Unwell employer / spouse / parent – Medical letter required
- Large house
1st maid
- Combine household Income RM 60,000 pa. Ideally both husband and wife should be working. (supported by BE form or payslip and EPF)
- 1 valid immigration reason for employing Filipino maid
2nd maid
- Combine household Income RM 120,000 pa. Ideally both husband and wife should be working. (supported by BE form or payslip and EPF)
- 2 valid immigration reason for employing Filipino maid
SINGLE EMPLOYER
- income RM 60,000 pa (supported by BE form or payslip and EPF)
- 1 valid immigration reason for employing Filipino maid excluding large house
- Single status affidavit
